2022 is here and we embrace the new year! A new year does not have to mean a new you, but it is a new start and surely it is wonderful? We list 3 things that can help you think positively about your New Year's promises.
1. Do not forget to drink water! Moisturizing is just as important from the inside as from the outside for the body to function properly.
2. Going to the gym once is better than not going at all. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself when it comes to training. Set small goals and let it grow!
It is also important to let the body rest between workouts. Rest does not have to mean Netflix & chill, a leisurely walk does the trick!
