You have the right to return or exchange your product, regardless of your reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please enclose the return form with your package and state your reason for the return.

Then return the unused product in the original Salt & Sand packaging, all pads and hygiene protection must still be in place.

Price for return:
SEK 55 within Sweden
SEK 100 Norway / Denmark / Finland / International.

The cost of return is charged from the amount you are reimbursed after approved return.

We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged by manufacturing defects - not if the product is used negligently. If you need to exchange it for the same item / other size, send a message in the form below, attach a picture of the incorrect item, (return of broken or defective items is free).

Pay later
If you want the returns an item you bought with Pay later, you can first report the return on the page for your member account in the clear app. Then email via our return form to report your return. Your invoice from Klarna is put on ice until your return has been processed and you receive an updated extract from Klarna.

Klarna will contact you directly with information about your refund.

You will automatically receive an updated Pay Later balance from Klarna once your return has been processed, this will include any instructions on how to make your payment if you have an outstanding balance.

Klarna will contact you via email if they need bank details from you to make the refund.

Pay directly
If you return goods you have purchased with Pay directly, you will receive a refund directly from Klarna. Klarna will contact you via email if they need your bank details.

International orders are sent with:

PostNord, DHL or UPS.

We start processing your order quickly and therefore we can not make any changes once it has been confirmed. However, if you need to change the delivery address or delivery options, you should contact us immediately after placing the order.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published. Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at order@saltochsand.se.

When your return is received and inspected (processing time is about 2 weeks). If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

When returning goods, shipping takes place at your own expense.

If we have delivered a faulty or broken item, we will refund you the shipping fee.

All orders receive a return slip from us in PDF via e-mail upon request for return.

All return costs will be charged from your order when we send a refund to you.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Make sure to pick up your package, if you do not pick it up and sent back to us, we will charge a fee for packaging, shipping and labor costs.

The cost will be 30% of the order summary + full shipping cost.
