How do i measure?
Find a measuring tape. Measure directly on the body, try not to have too much clothing in between. Remember that the measuring tape must be kept horizontal and close to the body.
Breast - Measure over the breasts, preferably when you have a bra on.
Waist - Where the waist is at its smallest, measure by keeping the measuring tape tight against the body.
